OTEC Program Participants of Vocational Services have the right to develop independence and participate in the community. At all times possible, OTEC strives to work from a participant-centred approach. Therefore, the intent(s) and wishes of program participants are paramount and respected at all times.
Employees shall maintain integrity and moral responsibility acting with fairness and the utmost respect for the right to dignity and confidentiality for all persons working in Vocational Services.
Employees shall be dedicated to the continuation of training and the advancement of skills and knowledge for all persons in Vocational Services.
Employees shall strive to achieve standards of excellence within their own education and skill development.
Employees shall be dedicated to improving laws and regulations governing employees in Vocational Services.
